Contract staffing essentially involves hiring employees on a temporary basis where as the contracting Companies are under no obligation to make them full time employees. This time period is usually pre-specified. or can be project based also.
Project staffing
Project staffing essentially involves hiring employees on a Project basis where as the Employee will be on contract agreement with Companies. Majorly key point is on technical capability and experience of the person to execute and manage the project with team.
